Exchanges for BeechTree products will only be entertained if we somehow shipped you the wrong product or size or the product you received was damaged in any way. In such cases, you can get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases. Requests for exchanges must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order to our help address at email@example.com
1. THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS FAULTY (DAMAGED OR NOT WHAT I ORDERED). WHAT DO I DO?
In the rare case that the product you received is damaged, incomplete or wrong we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that each order is correctly placed to every customer. However, should you find yourself in such a situation you can simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at UAN: +92-42-111128733 and exchange the product for something else. You can also get online store credit. Claims can be settled within 14 days of making the purchase and all products go to the HO for final approval.
2. WHAT IS ONLINE STORE CREDIT?
Online store credit is digital money at your BeechTree account. It means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.
3. ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS TO THE PRODUCTS I CAN EXCHANGE?
BeechTree makes sure that all their customers are satisfied so we offer you the opportunity to exchange a product for another if the need arises. However, there are a few limitations as to how you can avail this opportunity.
- The brand does not offer exchanges for accessories
- Please note that items on sales and promotions are not eligible for exchange
- Once sales start the final price at the sale will be the final price for any exchange
- The product is in a re-saleable condition
Please make sure that all tags and items are intact and that the garment is unused.
4. CAN I GET CASH REFUND INSTEAD?
BeechTree does not offer any cash refunds. We do offer online store credit or the chance to exchange your product for another, depending on the situation.
5. EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DAMAGED JEWELRY OR WRONG JEWELRY ARTICLE DELIVERED (ONLY FOR ONLINE ORDERS)
If the Jewelry article is damaged or wrong article is delivered to the customer, it can be exchanged within 7 days from the nearest stores by showing the receipt. In case of the cities where the store is not available, customer will be offered a coupon of an equivalent amount. Validity of coupon will be for 30 days.
- Tag attached to the Jewelry needs to be intact in order for the item to be exchanged.
- Jewelry will only be delivered nationwide. Will not be shipped to international customers.
6. EXCHANGE POLICY FOR PERFUMES (ONLY FOR ONLINE ORDERS)
The perfumes cannot be exchanged if the seal/packaging of the perfume box is opened or damaged in any way.
7. HOW DO I GO ABOUT EXCHANGING A PRODUCT?
Simply email us at email@example.com and request an exchange, and we will guide you through the process. Don’t forget to mention your order ID in the email.
