1- How can I place an order?
Once you have added the desired items to your cart, follow the instructions:

2- How are the orders confirmed?
The customer needs to enter the verification code after placing an order, so that the orders are confirmed on spot.

3- What If a customer forgets to enter the verification code for order confirmation?
In that case, our customer support team will manually verify order from back end.

4- Does adding an item to the shopping cart reserve it?
No, an item will only be reserved for you after you have confirmed your order at checkout.

5- What is your Estimated delivery time?
Your order will be dispatched within 48-72hrs and will be handed over to the courier for delivery. However sometimes the order is delayed due to public holidays, unforeseen circumstances (weather, lockdowns), or during sales due to overwhelming response, order delivery can take 10-15 working days. 

6- What are the delivery charges for local and International orders?BEECHTREE FLAT Shipping Rate 99 PKR on every local order.
Free International shipping on any order over $150. International shipping rates are according to the weight of the parcel. These rates will be calculated once you’re on the cart page.

7- Who will bear the VAT and custom duties for international shipments?
All custom and VAT charges will be paid by the customers for all international orders, where applicable. (Further, we would like to inform our international customers that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities).

10- How can I cancel my order?
For order cancellation, please contact our customer services department within 24 hours of placing the order.

11. What is the exchange policy for perfumes?
The perfumes cannot be exchanged if the seal/packaging of the perfume box is opened or damaged in any way.

12. Is the perfume shipped internationally?
No, it isn’t. Perfume is available for delivery nationwide.
 
13- Do you Restock the sold out articles online?
We do replenish articles on our e-store (online), unless they have sold out entirely. In this instance, we advise you to keep an eye on our web page or you may visit the nearest store to check availability.
